Grad Banquet Packages

Packages for Grad Banquet tickets will be given out in the week prior to Spring Break.  The packages will be accepted April 23rd on a First Come First Served basis.  No packages will be accepted prior to April 23rd.  There is no limit to the number of tickets that can be purchased for the Banquet.  However, tables are in seatings of 8 (9 if a child is present) and payment is due at the time of ordering and cannot be made after the initial order.   We do try to accomodate all seating requests, but we are limited in space and configuration of the Parkland Pavilion.

Graduation Ceremony Policy

 

In order to Graduate from HJ Cody, you must APPLY to graduate.  These applicaitons must be in by April 13.  Failure to get your application in may result in a Gown not being ordered for you.  APPLY  after 1st semester, but by April 13.  Applications can be handed directly to Mr. Payne or Mr. MacVicar.

Grad Photos

All Grads must have a Photo done by the School Photographer for the Class Composite Photo and to collect your height for the gowns.  No appointment is necessary.  For Grad Portrait Bookings and more information click the link below.

Grad Wake A Thon

The Grad Wake A Thon will be March 16th.  We need the following things...

1.  2 PS3's

2.  2 XBOX 360's

3.  150 Graduating Students

4.  4 parents to cook for said students at 6:00 am.

The rest we will figure out.  If you can help out with the needed things, speak to Anro, Brianne, Ms. Tuk or Mr. Payne
