SCHOOL FEES – GRADE 9

Due: October 31, 2017

One Time Locker Fee: $10.00

Student Council Fee: $1.00

¨ There is a $21.00 fee for Grade 9 Physical Education.

¨ There is an additional $21.00 fee for the following options: Art, Band,  Guitar, Home Ec, Ladies Health & Fitness, Outdoor Education, Recreation Ed,   Shop.

¨ Band 9 Students: Instrument Rental is available: $100.00/year

¨ Guitar 9 Students: Guitar Rental is available: $25.00/semester

 

SCHOOL FEES – GRADE 10-12

¨ There is an additional $35.00 fee for : Art, Band, Cosmetology, Guitar, Outdoor Ed, PE

¨ There is an additional $40.00 fee for: Foods and Shop.

¨ Band Students: Instrument Rental is available: $100.00/year

¨ Guitar Students: Guitar Rental is available: $25.00/semester

If you have not yet created an account for these invoices…

Go to our website at hjcody.ca.

Click on the blue ‘QuickLinks’ button in the top right corner of the screen.

Click on ‘Online Fees’ in the ‘Information’ column.

Click on the ‘Sign Up’ button in the green box.

Enter your first and last names, the e-mail address you would like to use, and a password that you will remember.

 Click the link to ‘Terms and Conditions’ , click the box to toggle that you have read/agree to the terms for using this site.

Click ‘Next’.

You will be asked for your child’s student ID number (found on report cards, invoices/receipts, in Power School etc) and their last name. Once you have entered the information click ‘Done’. The system will bring up suggested student matches to what you have entered. Click ‘Done’ again to accept your child’s name.

You will see a ‘Summary’ tab and a tab with your child’s name on it near the top of the screen…click the tab with your child’s name to see their fees (if you have more than one child in Chinook’s Edge School Division you can add each child to this one account and a separate tab will show for each child).

Click ‘Add to Cart’ beside the fee(s) to add the fee(s) your shopping cart. Click ‘Checkout’ to proceed with your payment. You may pay with a debit card if you are signed up with your bank for on-line banking, or with a credit card. Alternatively, you may pay over the phone with a credit card or at the school office using cash, debit or credit as well.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION**

School invoices are now live documents and can change on a regular basis due to course changes, multiple team fees and field trips etc. Course fees on invoices should be accurate by the middle of September, after the course change deadline. Please check your invoice regularly through the year to keep your account current and in good standing.

Yearbooks are an optional purchase; if you do not want the school yearbook, please log in to your account and remove it or contact the school office to have it removed.

If you require financial assistance with your child’s fees, please contact the school office for a payment plan or waiver information.
