Jess McCoy

Bonjour! My name is Jess. I am the new French Immersion teacher at École HJ Cody. I have been teaching for eight years in Chinook's Edge. Prior to teaching, I worked with children with special needs and helped develop summer camps dedicated to growth and development. I am deeply passionate about providing students with avenues to success while they discover new and exciting ways of learning. I am originally from the Maritime provinces, but have lived in Sylvan Lake with my family for ten years. I have four children and a dog named Ruby. As a family, we adore boating, visiting family in BC, and spending lots of quality time together. In my spare time, you can find me enjoying cozy cafes, painting pottery and reading!
